1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Splityvitty mobile application and related web services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our services.

2. Description of Service

Splityvitty provides tools to calculate, organize, split, and record shared personal and group expenses. Splityvitty is not a bank, non-banking financial company (NBFC), money transmitter, or payment intermediary. All peer-to-peer monetary transfers occur directly between users using third-party UPI applications or traditional banking systems.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and security PIN.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• You agree not to use Splityvitty for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized financial activities.

4. Intellectual Property

The Splityvitty app, trademarks, logos, visual designs, and software code are the exclusive intellectual property of Amveer Technologies. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute our software without prior written authorization.

5. Limitation of Liability

Splityvitty is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Amveer Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from discrepancies in calculations, peer disputes over debt settlements, or downtime of third-party payment gateways.

6. Termination & Account Deletion

You may terminate your account at any time directly through the app settings or by contacting support@amveertechnologies.com.
